Voice Notification
Automated Integrated Notification Takes Seconds to Notify All Relevant Personnel
Communication is critical to effectively manage any disruptive incident. Does your Business Continuity Program still use manual call-trees to ensure your critical employees get notified during a disruptive incident? Automated notification achieves in seconds what manual call-trees can only hope to accomplish in hours.
eBRP Suite is tightly integrated with the largest and most reliable automated notification systems to ensure your employees, responders and other stakeholders are notified quickly and efficiently the moment an incident occurs.
Work Seamlessly with the ANS Vendor of Your Choice
We have not attempted to create our own proprietary automated notification system. You choose your favorite ANS vendor and eBRP Suite integrates with them to incorporate crisis communications seamlessly into your Business Continuity plans.
Choose from among the industry's largest and most dependable ANS providers:
- PlantCML (formerly Dialogics/DCC)
- Everbridge (formerly 3N)
- MIR3
- Send Word Now
Whichever vendor you select, eBRP has developed a custom interface to enable you to automatically synchronize the employee, vendor and team contact information you create and maintain in eBRP Suite with your ANS application.
eBRP Suite incorporates an employee database, using existing data imported from your organization's human resource information system (HRIS), payroll, or other database. Contact information (personal and office phones, email addresses, cell phones, etc.) can then be used to notify critical employees when an incident occurs.
When you update your eBRP Suite's contacts and team, your information can be batch transferred to your ANS database. And when you initiate notifications from Toolkit, it checks your database first, to make certain only the latest contact information is used.
Integrated Notification assures you can contact your critical teams, or all of the employees in a location, quickly by voice (phone) and by email. eBRP Suite's integrated notification also has its own built-in continuity capability. Because eBRP Suite transfers call information to your ANS via the internet, it works even if your in-house, local or regional phone system isn't. And if you can't access eBRP Suite (perhaps because network failure is the cause of your disruption), you can contact the ANS vendor directly by phone to trigger notification calls, using the same team and contact information stored in eBRP Suite.
