Questions, answered.
Is there more than one edition?
No. There is one edition of eRMA v10 with every capability on the platform pages included.
Does eRMA v10 work on a phone?
Yes. The interface is checked on phone, tablet and desktop widths, in light and dark, with keyboard operation.
What do Unknown and Restricted mean?
Unknown marks data that is missing. Restricted marks data a viewer may not see. Neither is ever counted as zero or shown as green.
Who can see which records?
Access is enforced per record, in every view, so a total never reveals what a viewer may not see.
Are the figures on this site customer results?
No. Test counts come from a demo dataset and are labelled with the dataset they come from.
