Do you offer demos for Federal agencies with on-premises requirements?
Yes. We demonstrate both the AWS hosted and on-premises deployment options. For Federal agencies, we scope demos around COOP, FISMA, and NIST SP 800-34 — and can discuss the on-premises perpetual license pathway directly.
Can we use our own data in the demo?
For a standard demo, we use industry-representative data. For a Proof of Concept, your own organizational data is loaded — which is the most compelling way to see eBRP’s capability, including eRMA queries.
How is eBRP priced?
eBRP Suite is priced on a flat organizational basis — unlimited users, no per-seat cost. We discuss pricing during the scoping call once we understand your organization’s size and deployment requirements. Both AWS subscription and on-premises perpetual license options are available.
We’re currently on another BCM platform. Is migration realistic?
Yes — migration from spreadsheets, Fusion Risk, Archer, and other first-generation platforms is a core service offering. We scope migrations individually based on program complexity, data volume, and plan types. The process typically includes a parallel-run period so program continuity is never interrupted.
